Dr. Aaron & Rick Dahlgren, CEO
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
You have been personally invited, by letter, to this page to investigate our training opportunity. We receive many thousands of resumes from teachers wanting to present for us because we pay at the top of the industry and because we do a great deal of good helping to improve teaching and learning. However, in this case, you are in the 1% of teachers WE reach out to because of your reputation as an amazing teacher. We have learned that you are a teacher mentor.
The teacher mentor is committed to the role of mentoring, is accepting of both the beginning and seasoned teacher, is skilled at providing instructional support, effective in different interpersonal contexts, is a model of a continuous learner and communicates hope and optimism. GOOD TRAINERS HAVE THE SAME QUALITIES AND THAT IS WHY WE WANT YOU!
Therefore we are about to offer you the professional and personal opportunity of a lifetime!
You will remain in your teaching job or train for us on “off days,” or on a more robust – or even full-time – basis. The decision is yours.
It is required that every teacher interested in presenting for us 1) watch a mandatory webinar about this opportunity, 2) send our committee a resume for inspection and deliberation, and, 3) conduct an extensive live phone interview and with corporate leaders.
Because of your professional stature we are waiving many of these requirements for you.
You are only to watch the FULL WEBINAR, and if you are interested in presenting for us all you need to do is send in your Training Agreement and attend our next train-the-trainer. They are held in:
Atlanta: Spring and Fall
Las Vegas: Spring and Fall
San Antonio: Winter
Orlando: Summer
